These live sessions are offered three times each year as an opportunity to gather in real time and explore a single theme together, slowly and without rush. Each talk is held live at 2:00 pm Eastern via Zoom, allowing space not only to listen but to sit with ideas as they unfold. Dates and themes are shared in advance, and joining instructions are sent by email to those subscribed to the Spirit Talk mailing list. A recording of each free session is made available for seven days following the event, for those who wish to revisit the talk or were unable to attend live.
